I think they have right guys in the top dozen...

...though the order is somewhat arbitrary. Once you get past Cam Newton, it’s basically random. A bunch of those guys - like Watson, Trubisky, Mahomes and Kizer - are projections of what they might become. Most of the vets - including Eli, Keenum, Smith, etc. - will rise or fall on their supporting casts.

25th is right about where I would have ranked Ell

to Quote the article-
"His questionable decision making and inability to evade pass rushers leaves him as a below average quarterback in today’s league. At 37 years old with an arm starting to deteriorate and the Giants holding the No. 2 pick in this year’s draft, it remains to be seen if he will be New York’s Week 1 starter in 2018."

In my opinion all the Eli Advocates on here are worshiping the 2012 Eli not the 2018 Eli.

The sooner we bench or cut Eli the sooner we can move this team back intot the playoffs, or even the SB
That list is from three months ago.

Hence the contention that Eli might not be the Week 1 starter.

Still haven’t figured out that people who think Eli may have some game left aren’t worshipping him I see. Odd fucking take.
Sure he has some game left

But the Giants strive for excellence and need to look to the future

To a team who is just looking for a good game manager and has very solid pass pocket protection, he would do well

Thats not this team.....like it or not this is a team in transition. by the time it transits 2-3 years from now
they will have to wheel Eli out to the huddle and have the FB prop him up

Its a young mans game. some athletes are incredibly resilient and athletic even at 37- he is not one of those.
