Yeah, minor league rosters competence would be my furthest concern.
If the Mets free fall continues, and so does Baltimore's best case would be Mets trade tradeable parts (what those are we can debate later), O's trade Machado and then wherever he winds up, he doesn't re-sign and the Mets make him a part of the rebuild in FA and don't lose a draft pick.
