First few episodes suck, but the series gets so much better.

Bring back Pencilvester!
If you actually like the show, the first few episodes don't "suck"
Lawnmower Dog for one is phenomenal
It's brilliant. They pay close attention to their timelines... Â
...the episodes are meant to be watched in order. Initially, I wasn't that impressed - my teenage sons made us watch it as a family. I've laughed harder at that show than at anything else in recent years I think.
Friend of mine directed a bunch of episodes. Pete Michels. Hope he's back for more!!
I usually tell people to either skip the first episode, or keep in mind that the first episode has a different feel than later episodes. It's a result of "pilot" syndrome I think.
The first ep is a lot more raw and crude. The characters are more solid later, but to me, the first episode really stands out as different.
Definitely watch all the episodes in order. Pilot isn't great but introduces you to the main characters. Episodes get better as they go.
Each episode is tightly packed with great writing, subtle nuance(which is great for rewatchability) and plenty of sci-fi references. Fav eps for me include the one with Mr. Meeseeks and the one w/ the micro-verse battery.

Pretty sure they're re-run on Hulu.
It can take a few episodes to get used too, but it is so well written (and crass as could be)... in smart smart ways, to me it’s ground breaking.
I think you can find some episodes on daily motion or YouTube.

The sauce is now back as a regular. And i see what all the fuss was about, stuff is fire.
