It has nothing to do with stubhub - entrance today requires tickets to today's regular game. Tickets for yesterday are not good, whether they're stubhub or hard tickets from the Nationals.
and everything to do with how the team is managing their tickets for the makeup game. So, call the team's box office and tell them you had a ticket for the postponed game. They will tell you what you need to know.
if they are allowing the People from last night's game to reenter under the same ticket from yesterday, then yes you can use your ticket. If they are counting yesterday as an official game (in that more than 5 innings were played) and only tickets for todays game gets entry at 505, then you cannot. I would go the Nats Website to see what tickets will be honored.
i'm sure they'll honor those tickets for some future game... but the Yankees come to town once every 3 years, so for a lot of fans - which paid for i'm sure a premium game no less - they're SOL.

They will not. It's an official game and those tickets don't qualify as rain checks. (I mean, they could decide to be nice guys and accept them as rain checks, but officially those ticketholders received a game and are owed nothing).

From Nationals website:
In the event there is a delay due to inclement weather of greater than one hour prior to the game becoming an official game and the game is resumed and becomes an official game, tickets purchased through nationals.com, the Nationals Box Office, or a Nationals representative may be eligible for exchange.
If you are in attendance at the delayed game and choose to leave, you may exchange your tickets for a future game during the 2018 regular season subject to blackout dates and availability. To exchange your tickets, you must exit Nationals Park and visit the Main Box Office located on N St.
If you are not in attendance at the delayed game, you may exchange your tickets online choosing from a select list of future games. To exchange your tickets, visit nationals.com/rain and select the game for which you have tickets for additional information.
So like i said, still sucks for Yankees fans in DC ... but does sound like Nats will do the right thing and at least allow them to go to another game for free this summer.

The excerpt you posted doesn't say that at all. The game was not suspended prior to becoming an official game, it was already an official game at the time of suspension. It says as much directly on the Nats website. Maybe they'll give fans a break and go against mlb's official policy, but by policy, no rain checks are due.
Think about it. Suspended game restarts at 5:05 PM and the regularly-scheduled game starts at 7:05.
It would be a big mess to try to get the first crowd out of the stadium to seat the second crowd with tickets to today's game.
If they had planned on honoring yesterday's tickets they would have started the suspended game today at 1 PM.
