Wins are a terrible way to measure the success of pitchers. See degrom for why. There are so many factors that play into W/L.
If you take 2017 out of it, when Noah didn't pitch much, Noah has more wins in 15 and 16. 23 wins to RAs 21.
NS ERA 15: 3.24 RD ERA 15: 3.91
NS ERA 16: 2.6 RD ERA 16: 4.46
NS WHIP 15: 1.047 RD WHIP 15: 1.367
NS WHIP 16: 1.149 RD WHIP 16: 1.368
Noah's ERA and WHIP were also better in 2017, but of course, its unfair to compare due to the small sample size.
Not to mention, some of Noahs best games were in the playoffs and World Series. Noah is also 25 and RA isn't playing anymore. Post-season stats aren't even close.
