Cant help but notice what appears a depressed demeanor. I just dont see a man who is enjoying the game. Hope Im wrong.

with years of NFL experience, most of which was under(what many perceive to be) a bullshit coaching staff. I'm rooting for this kid big time. In any case, I'm pretty sure this will be his last year here.

I'd agree with that. Still a young player. New HC, GM. and OLC. New relationship with an experienced agent who is giving sound professional advice. Nate Solder as teammate/mentor. All signs pointing up...now it's just up to Ereck and I'm hoping (for him and the NYG) that all these potentially positive factors work out this coming season.

He's gone from being the most important player on the OL to arguably the third or fourth. There's a lot less pressure on him in my book.

Hard to picture him here next year.

Expectations are pretty low so for Eli's sake he better.

Having a capable bookend on the other side is going to help immensely though. As will better play calling and more varied formations. Last year the RBs/Tes had to help both tackles and they played a ton of 11 personnel. Get 2 TEs out there, namely Ellison, more often and the whole OL will look better.
