Have just watched the first ten minutes so far, but excellent video. As an aside, could Baldinger please fix that pinky finger :)

They cover a lot and make it very clear and easy to follow.
Nice find

Thanks for sharing!

Does nobody really use his stance/get-off?
DigitaLx2001 : 6/16/2018 10:45 am : link
Is it really that unique? I guess not everyone was a shot-putter but the way he explained it makes sense, and if he's basically the best... I'm surprised nobody has emulated him.

As an aisde... please someone get this vid to our OL! I wonder if players watch stuff like this in general? Or if it's all obvious to them (whether they're talented enough to actually apply it on the field, is another story).
thanks

great video. Wish they had asked him about Flowers. Wonder what he'll do next.
Amazing video ...

Best I've seen in a long time (best O-line).

The key is HOW to hold - that's the difference in good versus great coaching and playing. Just like Joe said it's hand placement and whay t you do with it.

With Flowers, it's just that he doesn't trust his own ability (so he drops his hands, to prevent people going around him). Solder is best thing that will ever happen for Flower's career. I think he will learn more from him than he's learned from any coach.
