The only ranking that matters is who wins the last of the play-off games. This is just another popularity contest written by somebody who wants to express his opinion. World is filled with opinions.
being essentially tied with Gruden made me laugh out loud. The guy took a back-up QB and won. His staff turned around a defense from bottom of the league to top of the league. His MVP candidate QB went down and he STILL won. Largely because of his aggressive play-calling. He should be top 5 right now.
I'm fine with Shurmur being that low, he is unproven and should be low until he proves otherwise.
Mind that list they got number 1 and 32 correct I feel Gruden is kind of high since he has been out of the league for a decade but he did win a SB and turned around the Raiders for a while that's no easy task. As for all the new Head coaches its hard to rank them since they have never done it before so I don't get upset with the higher optimism.
gets a lot more credit for the Raiders than he deserves.
Under Art Shell from 1990-94, the Raiders were under .500 only once. And while they were 4-12 under Joe Bugel immediately before Gruden became coach, Gruden went 8-8, 8-8, 12-4 and 10-6.
he was by no means a stiff, but he really didn't take some long standing sad sack franchise and suddenly bring them glory.
Then he went to Tampa and was 2 games over .500 in his tenure there.
Give me a break. The guy should be 32 or not listed.

How is Lewis not closer to the bottom?
At least Marvin Lewis had a consecutive run of making the playoffs for several years.
Garrett has had a top OL for years and still can no nothing.
