Official pro day numbers for & #8294;& #8234;@WMU_Football& #8236;& #8297; CB Sam Beal:

Height: 6-0 7/8
Weight: 178 (187 in spring)
40: 4.47/4.55
Vertical: 37
Broad: 10-6
Short shuttle: 4.09
3-cone: 7.11
Bench: DNP

Had very good workout. Expected to be highest sup draft pick since Josh Gordon in 2012.

Update:

Beal did not partake in the bench press.

His short shuttle time: 4.09

His three-cone time: 7.11

Beal’s three-cone time wouldn’t even be good for top 15 among corners at this year’s combine. Beal’s short shuttle time would have been seventh among corners at the combine.

Based on tape, I estimated a 4.45 40-yard dash time so a great number for Beal. As long as the meetings go well, he will be drafted 2nd-3rd range.

One team told me they viewed Beal as 2nd-round pick had he been in 2018 draft, but that round likely to be lower in sup draft. Keep eye on teams with extra picks in Rounds 3-4 next year, including Browns (Round 3) and Bills (4).

Be cautious about the supplemental draft!
those are not great numbers

doesn't mean he is not a good player but a 7.11 three cone is not impressive for a CB.
Three cone is pretty slow

CB from Western Michigan...eh pass. Granted I haven't seen him play because well I'm not privy to WM broadcasts, so that makes me as qualified as anyone to comment. Or not, wtf do I know?

As Gettelman has said it's not how you peform in your undwerwear

...it's how you play football when carrying your pads. Statements like 'a slowish CB' or 'a subpar 3 cone' are typical of fans with a limited understanding of what makes you succesful as a pro athlete.

Read much? Read my entire statement you sanctimonious fuckhead, it was tongue in cheek but you were probably too busy polishing your monocle and having your Butler fetch your slippers to keep reading and actually comprehend what I wrote. Dick
