Upload the JPG. When you upload it, it will give you a URL to the JPG, which you can then copy and paste into code- like this:

[*img]http://imgur.com/url[*/img]

Just be sure to remove the asterisks (*) and replace the address with the one given to you by imgur in the line of code above.
