"City on the Edge of Forever." One of the best in the series co-starring Joan Collins.

It made me want to read some of his stories.

He was funny an irreverent. I remember him calling McDonald's hamburgers "toad burgers".

Ellison also had one of the greatest short story titles ever... "I See A Man Sitting on a Chair and the Chair is Biting His Leg."

I'm sure he wrote better stories, but that one stuck in my head.

Obviously the fact that you think Ellison was a "major asshole" has colored your opinion of the clip and made you miss the entire point which was that writers should be compensated for their work.
