Same here. My buddy just started it last night, so I'll be able to see first hand. I will never sell the stuff, so I'll always be skeptical, but it's HGH. HGH has long had a lot of great benefits.

Intermittent fasting. People are just ignorant to how amazing the human body is. There's a %1500+ in HGH when the body is in a fasted state. It seems like most of the country is Medicated.

Those claims tell me its BS. What does it mean to "improve" you heart rate? Just a lot of meaningless health phrases strung together. It also comes out of CA where these type of magical fixes are common.

Bigtime bro. I recently started working mornings, went about a week into the shift and broke my fasting , after about 4-5 days my energy was down, I was MUCH MUCH hungrier and craving 3K calories etc.. gained some water weight, lost chest muscle I think??

Anyways, day 3 back on the 18/6, 16/8 schedule closer to 18/6 and my energy is dragon like and I ripped off 3 pounds last night and am now fully back on track. Will always stick to Intermittent fasting now

It's funny, around 12 pm latest I literally feel my body transfer to burning fat for energy over carbs and my hunger decreases for the whole day until I'm ready to feast and snack.

Cardio or certain workouts while fasted will melt fat twice as fast generally.

Also when you train while fasted, you train your body and get similar benefits to that of a HIIT session without the HIIT even.
