The guy didn't care about the Giants (no shit, they robbed him of 2 SB rings in GB)...it was all about glorifying his star WR
In the upcoming debut column for Peter King on NBC Sports, former New York Giants coach Ben McAdoo tells the long-time sports columnist that he feels he let down star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
“I needed to be better for him personally, as a coordinator and head coach,’’ McAdoo tells King. “I was too busy trying to scheme ways to get him the ball, especially early in my time in New York, that I didn’t step back and see the big picture the way I should have.”

Hahahaha
Not sure how this guy even got an interview for HC. When TC left so did our offense.
He will never coach in NFL again.
Yea, its ODB you let down, not your 2 time super bowl winning QB who got screwed over by your repetitive formations and horrendous in game adjustments you Emperor Penguin-looking, doofy ass bag.
Die in a fire Macapoop.
+1

Perhaps you should read the entire article before commenting. You just wished death upon a guy because he wasnt a good football coach.
However, to say that he let down OBJ is kind of a stupid remark. He let down the New York Giants not just one player.

Its one line from an entire interview. And probably in response to a question specifically about OBJ.
As Snacks above stated, why dont you wait for the entire interview to come out before breaking out the pitchforks.

Well isn't your post just peachy. What a short memory you have.
In 2014 and 2015, with Mcadoo as offensive coordinator, Eli Manning had two of his best seasons.
He set a career high in TDs with 35 in 2015, highest completion percentage of his career, and highest qb rating, at 93.6.
If anything Mcadoo helped re energize Eli's career, after the disaster of 2013
Maybe he can try and turn around the Rutgers dumpster fire. I didn't like him as a coach but wish him the best in whatever he does next

I didnt read a word of the article and I wished death upon him because of his hair cut.
Lighten up, Im kidding. Seriously, I didnt read a word of the article because the premise of it that is quoted annoyed me.

Our offense has been the New York Beckhams for a few years.
The man is admitting to mistakes and acknowledging he let the star wide receiver down. Without any further context, can you honestly find fault in that?

I go back to wanting him to die in said fire.
Why the fuck is anybody taking quotes from goof-ball Benny?

McAdoo was running TC's offense. When he became HC and instituted his offense, the production went to shit.
I've already detailed several times how we went from being a team with the most 20+ yard plays to being a team with among the least. How we ran the same personnel grouping over 90% of the time with Mac. How we threw one of the fewest percentages of seam passes, even though we often faced a Cover 2.
The differences were stark.
