Cleveland has an awful bullpen. First guy gets out on 2 pitches and he's up there swinging away at garbage on the first pitch.

If they keep him I pray I'm wrong but I have a feeling he'll be a guy that regresses as a player.

I think what you see is what you get. A line drive .270-.280 type hitter 20 hr/70-80 rbi guy with like a .300-.310 type OBP. Unless he gets more selective I don't see him advancing to another level.

I don't know know man. I get the frustration with him but to me he's improved as the year has gone on so I don't see why he wouldn't improve next year also with a full season under his belt.

I'm not 100% sold on him or think he should be untouchable, but I'm nowhere near thinking we've seen the best of him. Considering he was expected to start the season in the minors, I think we're way ahead of the game as far as what he's given us and experience he's gained.

lots of our hitters look like shit today, certainly won’t be singling him out for it. He needs to learn discipline, just like most rookies. We can do a lot worse at 3B for the foreseeable future.
