and has played in 31 and 63 games in his next two. Porzingis has played in twice as many NBA games than Embiid despite being in the league one fewer season.
I understand why people would have some concerns about KP's long term durability, but he's not as much of a red flag as Joel Embiid either.
Towns seems soft to me, I like what the Knicks are putting together and I don’t think any of the young guys (KP, Frank, Knox, now Mitchell) should be moved right now.
How is KAT soft but not KP who’s always hurt? If health wasn’t a factor I can see why someone would covert KPs skill set but he’s likely going to have an injury plagued career. How can anyone take KP over KAT at this point?
Love when fans think they can predict a player’s injury projection.
You guys know that predicting injuries is virtually impossible right?
Michael Jordan tore his acl early on too. How’d that turn out?
I’m on record, I’ll take KP over towns. I love towns but he’s not a good defensive player. KP has more potential.

And I love when fans disregard injuries to humans that are 7 foot 3, let alone nba players. Statistics and science do not favor KP. I’m not projecting what will happen, I’m simply saying he’s going to get banged up in the NBA (already has) and that it isn’t going to be easy for him and anyone else his size to stay healthy for a prolonged period of time.

Jordan broke his foot and came back the same year.
I shouldn’t necessarily say KP has more potential just that i like his rim protecting potential. Towns is a ridiculous talent in his own right, but the downright freaky shot blocking abilities KP brings.... I am not giving up on that just yet thanks.
Towns expressing desire to play for the Knicks several times. He said something before the draft when asked about being drafted by them.
But that would be sick if we could have both him and KP
He was a huge Knicks fan growing up but when these guys get to the league their desires change. Doesn't stop people from speculating for years but rarely comes to fruition -- see Durant and the Wizards
embiid has had foot surgery twice, big big differencr and he has missed full seasons

Both players are fantastic and the Knicks would be fortunate to have either one.
Yes, agreed. This is a really silly argument we're all having.
super silly but it is killing my last half hour of my day
Fantastic player, no doubt about it.

But my guess is they get rid of Butler before KAT
You don't trade anything for Towns. He's expressed a desire to play for the Knicks several times publically
Sounds like the Lakers and Paul George... if he gets traded it is a risk.
But that would be sick if we could have both him and KP
