We are renting a beach house in Long Island this August and wanted to get some cornhole boards for the backyard for the week. I live in the city and have no backyard and literally no use for the boards other than that week (I might even dump them instead of storing them when we leave). I was shocked that the decent quality boards were in the 200 range. Does anyone know of some cheaper boards that aren't complete plastic garbage like in the 100 range that would last for the week? I looked online but it seems like its either a good board or garbage and no in between. Do I have that right? Thanks in advance?
they left it there when they flew home.
said it worked fine while they were there.
Make it super cheap and you dont even have to bother painting it (although the bags will slide better.
They were good had fun sure but they would come apart if left outside for a few weeks.

Hole cut up top.
Very easy to build
between wood, tools and your time, it would cost you more than the $90 or whatever it is for the Target or Walmart set and it sounds like you live in the city maybe in an apartment (or at least have no yard and no use for it after you leave) so it's cool so many people can make their own cornhole set, but probably not the best use of your time or money.
