I have the ticket office mailing them to my office which is across the street from the stadium. LOL I just hope they don't send them to my old address up in Connecticut

They usually come with USPS tracking numbers on them. I think the issue is the printer sends them not the team. Maybe that's the reason no tracking email.

Consolidated Printing in Arkansas is where the tickets are printed and mailed from. I couldn't think of them name, but just remembered it.

I used to have Yankees and Knicks season tickets. They were all shipped by the printer and all of them I received a tracking number via email when they shipped.

My tickets got lost 5 years ago i think. Even though there is a tracking number on the package, the Giants took 3 weeks to actually figure out what that tracking number was.

I will never understand it. Yes I bitch about it every single year. The tickets cost enough to begin with, they can figure out a way to properly ship them. The ticket rep tried to tell me to just print them eectronically when thy lost mine. I collect the stubs and have no interest in printing them in a piece of paper myself.

They print most teams season tickets, yet the oter teams have no problem sending tracking info when they ship.

I agree. They should email the tracking number. It’s 2018. A few years back a rep told me there isn’t a tracking number one time when I called. The rep didn’t believe me that there is.
