The best part of this story, though, is that both the plate umpire and the 1B umpire were suspended for the rest of the season and the 2 remaining members of the crew were warned because neither overturned the call. That's the way a league should react to calls like this.

+1. That was clearly the worst call of all time in MLB. When I saw the thread title, that play immediately came to mind. The Ump even admitted he blew the call right after the game.
