Going to the Browns game on Thursday but ya know, I don't feel like paying for parking. I just want to be one of those guys who oftentimes brags about digging and ducking ways out. I see back behind Paterson Plank Road, do the local enforcers of the law know whats up or do they care you'd park back there and walk to the stadium. How would they know?
Anyways to slippery cheat out of parking, like park at a business that NEVER monitors?
The hotel across the street charges for game day parking.
