I just finished Episode 2. There is a three-way battle for Most Annoying Character in the History of TV (Culkin, the cousin, and Shiv’s boyfriend). Is this series worth it? The concept is great. Not sure about the execution.
I found Tom and Greg both to be comedic relief character, at first I thought it was unintentional and annoying, but no it's legit and they grow on you (or they did me at least).
Culkin remains annoyingly awful, but the season was good despite him.
EVERY major character is an unlikable POS! Its like a car wreck where you just have to watch.
I do like it and am amazed how the characters never have any redeemable qualities!

I too was ready to give up on it early, but stuck with it. It gets MUCH better. One thing that helped was realizing the show is actually a comedy, not a drama.
