NFT: Fishman Amplifiers

I just recently purchased a new acoustic-electric guitar. I tested it out on a Fishman amplifier. I never used one before but it was the sweetest sounding amp that I have ever used. Anyone have any experience with Fishman amps? Would you recommend them?

The Loudbox Mini. Seems to be a much better way to go than plugging an acoustic into an amp more tailored for electrics. My guess is that it simply tailors the EQ towards the frequencies most relevant for acoustics.

the separate channel for a microphone is surprisingly usable.

I have the Loudbox Artist which I play classical guitar through. It's great. Lightweight. Nice enough reverb. I play it out in small restaurants/pizza places.

I usually face the speaker away from the audience. I hate getting the direct signal from a speaker cab. I'd rather have it mix in the house a bit.
