This is the same Webb that Ive said for months. This is who he is, poor deep Ball accuracy and trouble reading defenses. This is who he was Im college. Lets see what the next several series holds, hopefully improvement.
He was drafted by Reese. The other 3 QBs Reese drafted (Woodson, Bomar, Nassib) never amounted to anything or even showed improvement at the NFL level.

Now I'm not a huge Mayfield guy, but watch him throw the ball compared to Webb. With Mayfield there is no wasted motion, and his feet are active. Compare that with Webb, whose feet are static and whose arm has a looping motion in his delivery.
Not in the same class. One guy has the physical body control needed and the other does not.
