Yeah I don't think she was over the top at all. She was pissed and called him out on his bullshit, which she was 100% correct about. I didn't find anything fake about her rant, in fact just the opposite.
She was genuinely offended by him, his actions and the song and wasn't afraid to speak her mind regardless of how powerful a guy he is. Good for her.

I'm with you there all around. I like her as well and think she does an excellent job at WFAN. Unfortunately for her she tied the other two and will go down with that ship when WFAN pulls the plug on the CMB Show.
Hopefully she somehow survives that because she's talented and really good at her job.
Having raised a daughter who is now grown and married, I've seen and dealt with more than enough unacceptable behavior toward girls/women. I know my Jersey Girl daughter doesn't take any shit and speaks her mind and I'm glad Maggie did as well by taking the stand she did.

Yes I do. I think they've kept in on because they don't want to eat their contracts and as soon as it gets to a digestible point for them, it's done.
I think they have their sights set on some type of Evan , JJ, and Mike - morning to afternoon drive shows. Be it JJ in the am with Evan having a show leading into Mike, or Evan staying where he is and JJ doing the show leading into Mike.
It might take a while because I believe CMB has a three year deal and no way does WFAN want to pay them all that dough for doing nothing but I think for sure they get dumped. Whether it's during their deal or when it expires. My money is on before, I just don't know how much before.

I agree girls/women can be really bad to other girls/women but disagree it's the most unacceptable behavior.
When it comes to physically or sexually abusing women, that's the most unacceptable IMO. While there are women who do this type of thing to other women, the great majority are done by men.
The catty nonsense, back stabbing, and bullying typically done by girls/women to others is bad and harmful, it's not as bad as physically doing harm to another IMO.
