You start off by calling the Jaguars "Tough". What did you want them to do - not do anything? Fowler instigated a fight with Ngakoue that spilled over past practice. Fowler just came off PUP and is already suspended by the league for Week 1. Do you think he deserves no repercussion for his action?
Jalen - It just wasn't a tweet, but him yelling at reporters to not film the fight along with his typical colorful vocabulary. He didn't apologize and let it carry through to Twitter. Do you think nothing should have been done?
The Jaguars can't win. They either uphold team rules/standards and hand down discipline or they do nothing and let the inmates run the asylum.
Perhaps, different organizations have different standards? He cursed at the media - a no-no with respect to the players/media relations. That is a NFL standard not an organizational standard. He then didn't apologize, but upped the ante insinuating that he will go to war with them. I suppose it is just words, but whether the Jags like to admit, Jalen is a face of the franchise. Better to discipline him now, than to let the behavior go unchecked.

Maybe I just haven't seen the discussions but it seems like regardless how this match up goes this will be a big test for Beckham's maturity. The guy is an all time great if he plays at the level he played at previously with a balanced temperament.
