about Toomer on MSG network a few days ago and I thought to myself “he sounds high as a kite.” Weird that this came up within a couple of days.

They are offering new medical dispensary licenses but if the governor legalizes weed like he promised it's likely that those with a medical dispensary license will be able to open up to recreational users first.
