He seems like less of a hardass than TC. But maybe that's only from what we heard about TC, you couldn't really tell from post-win speeches. I do think TC was significantly more emotional.

Not sure ... but, that locker room seems like it has a positive vibe to it at least .... and they all seem like they are on the same page.

No don't see that at all. Not even a bit. None of that fake coach bullshit speak at all. Pretty much the exact opposite of Tom Coughlin.

Seems like a guy who can connect with the players which is good. McAdoo seemed lost even in those moments.

Doesn't come across as commanding of a room like Coughlin at all. I'm inferring from what I read is that he is more of a one-on-one type of coach and gets his respect that way.

That is evident, but he reinforced his points and seems to have a nice command of the room.
