They're up by 10.5 games. Seems like a reasonable gamble..if it's a gamble at all. The Yankees certainly aren't applying much pressure.

I don�t think smarts has anything to do with it. He is either hurt or it�s a fake injury to get him more rest which is incredibly common. But 2 stints so close together should be cause for a bit of concern.

the Red Sox fake the injury it takes 2 starts from another pitcher to give him lots of rest. He is having some kind of arm issue.
