This DC gets so excited when the defensive players make a play. He is so animated. Congratulates the players as they come off the field. I think he is great. It has got to rub off on the players.

I think the players like playing for him and it’s an aggressive scheme that defenders like too. Let’s hope it works out this year and we end up as a top 10 Defense. He’ll, I’d take middle of the pack at this point.
Only downside is he very much looks the part of a 1 year rental, there was a great argument for him to get a HC position last year and if the Giants D has a big year this year, he’ll be the #1 guy on teams lists.

when his players perform well isn't really all that important. I don't recall ever seeing Belichick excited when he was defensive coordinator for the Giants and Jets and there was none better.
