Interesting to hear his thoughts...

Looks like he is taking a page out of the Tim Carter/Bobby Hart playbook.
I'll save BBI half the replies

"Why does he have to say anything at all but that he's grateful for the opportunity and go back to quietly reading his playbook in the background"
He's now had two shoulder surgeries

We all need to cross our fingers this is the last issue he has because as always the first criteria for success in the NFL is avalability on gameday.

Well it took DG one draft before he found a starter, possibly two with Lorenzo Carter, in the 3rd round. Reese's only hit in the 3rd round was Mario Manningham.
I remember a RT who said....

.
Didn't he basically pull a fast one on the Giants?
Vanzetti : 9/12/2018 5:42 pm : link
Knew he needed season ending surgery and so entered the supplemental draft and kept the injury quiet. So, he gets paid for rehabbing rather than sitting around on a college campus watching his draft stock plummet.

I didn't follow the story closely, so please correct me if I'm wrong. But it sounds like he duped DG.
the interesting tidbit here is

that it sounds like the Giants did not check him out medically but relied on another team's evaluation.

Quote:

Every NFL team was represented at Beal's impromptu Pro Day. He visited the Giants and had a medical workup with the Cardinals that was shared with every team in the NFL because of the time crunch.
