Love the aggression here on 1st-and-10 after completing a 16-yarder on 3rd-and-12. After McAdoo, fans have to like the aggressive nature of Shurmur�s play calling against arguably the NFL�s best defense. Jags show 2 deep look and Shurmur knows what OBJ can do against this look

With 3:29 left in Q4, Shurmur debuts my favorite play of the day and Eli+OBJ execute it perfectly. 11 personnel, 3by1, Engram motions to H-back in power pistol. Play-action pass, Eli slides to his left and rips a seed on time and in stride b/w two defenders. Free release for OBJ.

Aggressive Shurmur again. After earlier showing Engram at the end of LOS in 3rd-and-short on a run play, this time he has him run a deep fade off the PA bootleg. Giants know the single-high safety in middle can't get over in time. The S in coverage has no choice but to hold

12 personnel, trips bunch 3 by 1; Engram runs the deep over, Jaguars safety can't get there in time. Shurmur made it clear he plans to use Engram's speed to his adv. O-line slides left, Ellison stays in to block on an island - we saw this on big pass play in preseason vs. Jets

1st-and-10 after Barkley 10-yd 1st-down run, Shurmur sticks in heavy 12 personnel with both WRs to the left. Play-action pass w/ a free slot release for OBJ who Shurmur lines up in the slot here (he did this a lot). Shepard's route creates natural rub. OL collapses at Eli's feet

3rd-and-12. Shurmur/Eli knows the Jags are going to show a 4-deep safety look and he attacks the side in quarters w/ the deep out. This is the call b/c the 37-year old QB can get this ball out past the marker, right on the sideline, on time, before DB breaks on the ball
