I like my team, I just need to not leave so many points on my bench.
Last week I had 24 Kenny Stills points, 23 Chris Thompson points and 16 Geronimo Allison points all on my bench while the guys I played over them all scored quite a bit less.
In fact, other managers complained last year that kickers were TOO valuable so they asked that we alter the pts for kickers. I abliged. The pt system for QB's is fine. Minus 3 for an INT vs -2 is really ont that big of a deal, just pts a little more value into the guys that don't throw picks. BFD. You are 3 years into the league in which the rules and roster construciton have not changed and yet now you complain about it. Just go away.

guilty as charged, I didn't pay attention, but it's still stupid.
Going forward, I think the most expedient way for all leagues to deal with kickers is to eliminate them. Just one more source of random variance that tilts the skill/strategy vs luck balance in the wrong direction.
I thought it was stupid last year as well. I believe I said I'd rather just get rid of kickers completely than have this dumb scoring. And I have no problems with kickers or their normal scoring and would be fine with normal kicker scoring.

I never heard anyone request it, and normally just figure the settings are pretty standard after PPR or not 4pt per passing TD or 6.
Not a huge deal, like I said in my post I need to pay attention to the settings, which was fully acknowledging I did not and said it was something i needed to do.

3 years in and you dind't realize that we've always started 3 WR's and a flex. Bright guy.
the entry fee of this league of 25 friendship points lessens the priority of it for me, so I never paid attention to it closely.
Also, since I am multiple leagues; I don't have the roster configurations of all the leagues memorized. this one least. I did not look at the roster configurations until the draft. no reason for personal insults.

It was me Dep. not even close to being a bad trade. You just said earlier in the thread that your team sucks. So .., maybe think about what was being offered, what you have and who will be sharing the workload with someone else mid season. Also initial trade offers are meant to be a conversation starter for a deal
I think sometimes some commissioners in some leagues, sometimes will make crazy scoring settings knowing that some players won't pay that much attention and can therefire exploit them.

I didn't realize we have 3 starting WR's and a flex.
And I also didn't realize kickers get 1 point for a FG under 30 yards and 2 pts for a FG under 40 yards.
minus 3pts for a pick. I get it's 6pts per TD, but max I've seen is 2 even in 6pt per passing TD leagues.
unless your kicker kicks a bunch of 40+ yard FG's they're almost useless.
anyway, nothing stopping my juggernaut of a team, just stuff I didn't realize.
