No, I wait for someone to start it, and if there is no thread I'll start it. Besides, I think your record is better than mine. We are probably the only two watching anyway.
CFB. Just another terrible performance. Uninspired...if they come back, good for them. They cannot keep get bases loaded and no outs and come up with nothing.
I should say, the Yanks haven't announced anything yet. But, the Yankees.com reported reported it, so I assume it's very likely.

These 7 line jerkoffs starting Yankees suck chants at Fenway late in the game when the Mets were down 5-3??? It wasn’t even the Red Sox fans starting it. Also Every time the 7 line started chanting let’s go mets in the early innings Red Sox fans were booing and chanting Mets suck back at them... I despise those 7 line idiots. How’s taking back New York going for them?

Nope. The only time I watch a Mets game is when we play them.
I'd bet those same assholes rooted for the Phillies ( you know their division rivals) in 09 because of their inferiority complex when it comes to the Yankees.
Me, I could never root for the Sox and was pulling for the Mets in 86 because I can't stand the Sox.

Same can be said for them rooting for the Braves in 1996 and 1999 even after he crap with John Rocker and met fans in 1999
CFB and not get whiny while hoping for the comeback. Happy to see Boone did the same shortly after I left. How many times will he bring in backend relievers early in a game to basically give it away? Surprised Cole wasn't brought in. His use of the pen is sometimes mind boggling. Mike Axisa kind of rips him in RAB.
I love CC, but he can't get passed the 5th on a consistent basis any more and recently has trouble before then. Not sure he can be brought back next season.
Tampa doing its' best to play spoiler giving the A's a hard time both games taking game 2...thanks Rays.

No doubt they rooted for those Braves as well. It's something I always wonder what in the hell are they thinking? I guess they just think of the Yanks as bigger rivals than those teams, and to me it's funny as hell they think that way.

You know I'm not Boone's biggest supporter but I thought bringing in Green early there to bail CC out was a good move. I wasn't thrilled when he brought Kahnle in but wasn't surprised, and rathered him than Cole.
Kahnle dug himself a hole, almost got out of it then just coughed it up. His runs were the real nails in the coffin yesterday and probably worked himself right out of any meaningful innings for the rest of this year.
I liked Boone using Boone and Britton where and when he did so all in all no real big problem with Boone's use of the pitchers yesterday. Not sure if he had a better option than Kahnle given the point of the game and circumstances.
Stanton DH
Hicks CF
Gregorius SS
Sanchez C
Torres 2B
Walker 3B
Voit 1B
Gardner OF
And CC on the mound.
Posted in case that pic really didn't take.

No CC next year... I love the guy, but he is a 5 inning guy.

got to be higher ceiling guys we can put into the back of the rotation.
Well, we know Tanaka and Sevy will be there. Sheffield probably gets first shot at an opening.
I think signing Happ to a 2 year deal might be wise.
After that, let's see what shakes loose.

Disgusting not being able to put the ball in play. and that after the manager and another guy tossed arguing pitches....

come on the 3-0 to Didi was a strike, the 1-1 to Gary was too and the first pitch to Gleyber. He was getting squeezed.

They were all balls. 1st ump I've seen in a while without 4 inches off the plate as a strike....
Box on PIX had those well off the plate... but fuck it we are pissing in the wind, you are right.
Patrick Corbin (FA)
Tanaka
Happ (F/A)
Sheffield/Loaisiga (rookie)
Next year's starting lineup...
1. Hicks CF
2. Judge RF
3. Harper LF (FA)
4. Stanton DH
5. Gregorius SS
6. Andujar 3B
7. Sanchez C
8. Voit/Bird 1B
9. Torres 2B
