2011 in Dallas. Amazing comeback. One of my favorite NYG wins. This is the broadcast in its entirety.

What I’ll always remember about that game

Was how Aaron Ross almost single-handedly blew it for us. Multiple times
Amazing game.

I really thought we were heading into OT.

is very good. Surprised that it's been up since March. The NFL used to go after this stuff like rabid dogs.
Awesome

To see Eli in his prime. He could dissect any defense, I also think his athleticism was underrated. If I am remembering correci, I’m tnsi second Dallas game he eluded the Dallas pass rush, spun around and threw a strike to Cruz for a huge gain, when the game was getting closer. Awesome to see. Also, the defense was truly awful that year and Eli should have been co mvp with Rodgers (I don’t care what stats say- that was a 2 win team without him).
Might be my favorite

I remember being so pissed after this game.

The win was amazing but the defense and offensive line were playing like dog excrement. I was literally yelling at my friend that this team was wasting an absolutely brilliant season by Manning. One of the best 4th quarter performances (all season long) of any QB ever and this defense was going to roll over and not get Eli the second SB win that he deserved.

To this day, I can’t believe how good Eli was that year and how the defense turned it around. I don’t think we’ll ever see anything like that again.
Was there live, sitting in the endzone where the Giants scored twice

I was on vacation in Boston at the time......

Wife went to bed early, and my screaming woke her up several times, which forced me to go to the Hotel bar to watch the rest of the game.....

For those who don't remember, that season we were 6-2....then lost 4 straight...

We trailed Dallas by one game...a loss in Dallas, would put them 2 games out of first, and behind the 8 ball in divisional record and potential tie breakers for the playoffs.....

Fourth quarter, we lead 22-20.....Romo drives the length of the field and gives them a 27-22 lead with 12:45 left.....

Eli drives his team to the Dallas 22 and on 3rd down, and attempts a screen pass that is deflected and intercepted....two plays later, Romo hits a wide open Dez, who was released by Webster, and Rolle did not pick him up....

And Jerruh is celebrating in the booth...

Eli gets the ball back with 5:41 left, down by 12.....Drives the length of the field and throws a td with 3:41 left....

Dallas gets the ball back, and here is where Romo misses a wide open Austin who would have easily scored.....

Down by 5, 2:12 left, Eli gets the ball at the Giant 42 after a bad punt....he drives the team for a score and 2 point conversion, giving the Giants a 37-34 lead.....

Romo gets the ball at the 20, with 0:46 seconds left and no timeouts....Two long passes to Austin against Ross, gives them a first down at the Giant 29, with 0:06 seconds left.....

Bailey comes in and makes a 47 yard fg attempt to tie the game.....

But TC called a timeout just before the snap, and Bailey has to do it again.....

And JPP makes one of the biggest plays of the 2011 season when he tips the fg attempt and the Giants win.....

And Jerruh, who was celebrating in the booth, with a 12 point lead, and under 6 minutes left, went from euphoria to throwing away a winning Powerball ticket in just 6 minutes....

Probably the peak of JPPs career

for the 2 point conversion! I think that was the only 2-Point play in our playbook that year. Tried it in the Super Bowl on the off chance that Belichick hadn't seen it on tape a half dozen times. Got stuffed.

Also Frank Walker sighting... holding call on the last TD drive. Amazed he was still in the league.

that missed throw to Miles Austin

was so amazing to watch. Felt like the ball was up there forever.

looked like miles had take his foot off the gas early and just couldn't get there.

Love this game. Thanks for posting it.
