It will be a day long-in-the-making for Logan, who has cajoled and lobbied for a new stadium for his team for years. Minor League Baseball has called Cashman Field home since 1983, but it is now worn and outdated and considered, if not the worst, one of the worst venues in Triple-A baseball.
in and say that I really enjoyed this weekend's series at Fenway. Mets lost two out of 3, but IMO, they played pretty well and didn't look outclassed.
It was a lot of fun to watch good baseball in a full stadium with a good atmosphere. Back to back years being out of the race by early summer have to led to some bad crowds at Citi Field. I really hope that the new regime can get things turned around right away for next year.
I love it when the stadium is electric and into the games. Met fans deserve that.

It's standard. 2 year agreements and then extensions. Syracuse is Mets owned so no operating agreement.
