@JordanRaanan
Giants starting center Jon Halapio broke his ankle and is out for the season, per sources. Bad luck. He had worked so hard to not only stick on a roster but become a starter. Was playing well. His loss another blow towards creating continuity on the Giants offensive line.
This might not be a bad thing. Greco played well at guard last season and Halapio hasn't exactly been playing great football.
I was thinking the same thing. That trade seemed like a bad idea the minute it happened. Jones isn’t great, but I’m sure he’s a hell of a lot better than what we will see there the rest of the season.
Stopped doing stunts?
depends if they're pistachios or pecans then great. peanuts then we got screwed
It's all relative.
Btw, $3 million of nuts placed in the middle of the Giants offensive line isn't the worst idea. I feel like we would get better blocking in the middle of the line. That's probably a few tons of matter right in the middle of our line.
that being said, it makes no difference, the OL needs serious retooling for a second year.
Solder-hernandez-halapio-Draft/FA-Draft/FA
at least two new starters

Omameh will be the RG next year, count on it. His dead cap hit would be more than his live cap.

7.65M dead cap.....thank you Dave.....
Uh...yes. They do. He was playing well. Granted it was one game but he didn't allow a sack or a rush.
I shouldn’t single you out. Most of us know very little about marginal NFL linemen, especially in the AFC.

...I think Pulley might get the opportunity now IMO. I think the Giants like Brown, however he's a rookie and needs work. Pulley was no great shakes with the Rams, but he did start 16 games for them there.
You followed Spencer Pulley’s work in L.A. so closely that you don’t know what team he played for?

Sorry dude! Sheesh....I knew it was an LA team anyway the fact remains he started 16 games for them.

Pulley is irrelevant. Who the f**k actually cares.

Holy crap, do writers even watch the games?

You do realize the center makes all the line calls. Did that part of the game look good to you as well?

yes, i am well aware...the QB does assist in this area...that being said, we dont truly know if it was the wrong call or if it was guys just doing the wrong assignment as it pertains to the specific calls...in terms of pure physical play, he wasnt playing bad....
