of those receptions were like "long hand offs" I guess with the intention of getting him the ball in space. But I thinks the gameplan was atrocious they should have lined up and rammed it at them with Barkley and Gallman. To only run the ball 17 times in what was really only a 2 score game most of the way is criminal. Especially when your line can not pass protect.
I heard collinsworth read the stats for the just-finished giants "drive" as they were getting ready to punt.
I think I heard "11 plays 24 yards"
Not to nitpick but that was Michaels that said it. It was pretty pathetic in nature. The Giants had to go for it on 4th down twice just to accomplish that feat.
The game was also played at a pretty good pace considering it was over at just past 11.
had tried to establish the run with more handoffs. That's the actual strength of this offensive line, is run blocking. Instead we get the dink and dunk offense.
By my count, Barkley broke the first tackler's attempt on 12/25 of his touches. (Includes carries where he had no blocking or catches where he had defenders right in his face)

Can't be. Before he was drafted. plenty of people here said he couldn't break tackles.

I actually think Stan was the main one and he doesnt count

Thats my point...Is this result really what Schurmer called? Or what Eli "saw" and audibled to...

And stupid play calls like a toss on a first and 10 without establishing any run game up the middle.
