We just need to gel better; eliminate the mental errors. Execute what we need to. I know I'm not the most demonstrative person but believe me it hurts me to no end when we perform like that. I take it personally and it's my mission to get this team to improve."

just all Eli's fault. Swapping out one player, albeit a QB, is a lot easier than a 5 year rebuild. Unfortunately, it's not. This team is a mess. Eli gets no protection, the play-calling has been absolute and utter garbage and our defense is God awful. It's not Eli. Mike is speaking 100% truth here.

I don’t understand what you mean or what Maggie was getting at. Solder, was 1/5th of a line that was functional and a playoff team every year. This Oline 5 out of 5 is poor. Eli can function and even attack with minimal protection. In 2011, Diehl and McKenzie were giving up pressure after pressure off the edge. But he could usually step up into the pocket when Baas and Snee were there. He knew consistently where the pocket was breaking down. This is dysfunctional

This guy had talented teams crap the bed and miss the playoffs in 2009 2010 and 2012 after starting 5-0 in 2009 and 6-2 records in 2010 and 2012. And 2013 2014 and 2015 were awful seasons. And now he gets all the goddam credit for what’s going in Jacksonville and Marrone gets none.Jacksonville before last year has picked top 5 six years in a row and spend a $160 million on defense you're bound to run into some talent.Almost all their starters defensively were there before Coughlin. He’s not even the GM. Guys like Ramsey changed that culture

that Eli's play can be declining AND the offensive line sucks? Those are not mutually exclusive.
You can put a mobile QB behind that line and the results won't be very different. Eli isn't getting hit because he is a statue, he is getting hit because nobody is blocked.
Eli is clearly on the decline and that is a problem, but it is not the most immediate problem given how tragically bad this line is.

Deshaun Watson is a mobile quarterback and has got sacked 10 times so far. There are times where the QB can't do anything.
The offensive line cannot block anyone. Nobody and no offense can operate.
