We know stats are not the end-all, but just looking at their box score, how did they lose to a Mariota-less Titans team?
Watson threw for over 300, ran for over 40, Miller rushed for around 70 and two of their wideouts amassed over 100 each.
Even if we were 2-0, I would not be all that confident about a win..I guess I’ll know more after I watch them on Game Pass.. But, kinda puzzling to me.

Skip the beer. Seriously. Go straight to scotch.
Watson threw a pick and lost two fumbles.
that was really the game, the TO's and the trick play.
Texans moved the ball and the Titans really didn't move the ball, but the Titans OL is night and day compared with the Giants. It could be a long day.
Gabbert and some out-of-the box play calling got the job done.
Houston is far from an NFL dynasty.
Right now the Giants aren’t.
We have maybe the league’s worst OL.
What could possibly go wrong?
I agree. Only question is how many points our offense gives their defense directly or igives thei offense on non-TD turnovers.
We haven't given up more than 20 points.
But please do pick up any D playing against us every week. Guaranteed not to give up more than 15!

Penciled in as my two main starters on my FanDuel and DraftKings squads. They are going to light us up like the Fourth of July.

Maybe if Jack Rabbit doesn't give up big plays in the 1st series, they don't score 20...two games in a row burned early by nobodies...

We have faced two pedestrian QBs. Watson has more big play ability then both the last two QBs. They also have a top 5 receiver. I stand by my pick.
Hopefully someone on the Giants coaching staff is showing the line youtube videos of stunts so they will at least know what they are this week.
The biggest reason for optimism is that Bill "It's Not My Job" O'Brien is coaching the opposition.
I'll be there in Houston and I echo your sentiment.
Game will look like it's close in the first half. Offensive game plan will be "simplified" to include many quick screens and slants (sounds like last years offense?) to negate the pass rush. Running the ball will be painful.
Sometime early in the 3rd quarter, turnovers and a big play will happen, and the score will be 27-10 for Houston.
Run the ball well, you open up the playbook, allow Eli to work in some play action (IMO he looks his best when under center, i loved the PA bootlegs from week 1), burn secondaries with our weapons. Oh yeah, you keep your defense fresh as well (when was the last time we did that)
Gettleman said it himself. you need to be able to run the ball.
