was I had no power for four days and did not get to witness, nor know how bad the OL was last night until late today.
But the big pine tree that fell on my fence and the roof leaking made up for it. And all the exercising I will get cleaning up will make me feel better over a Giants loss.
Oh, and Wilmington, NC is still inaccessible to the rest of the state and the rivers are rising to further exacerbate this "fun" time.
So it seems another crappy year may be in store for us.
Time for SY56 to get us onboard with next years tackles, guards and centers in the 2019 draft.
What do you think SY?
Hope to see you in Charlotte in a few weeks!!
Wilmington and New Bern really got hammered
There's at least a couple of Slice of Life Pizzas here. Guaranteed both lost power for x-amount of time. Actually I am lucky to have power after 4 days. Out of 120,000 here in Wilmington, 80,000 still do not have power probably due to flooding, trees down in the middle of the road, etc.
The one on the end of Oleander Drive should be fine soon. The one downtown may have had more water damage. At least I hope not. They'll have more trouble getting supplies to their stores as Wilmington is truly cut off from the rest of North Carolina due to flooding north and west of us. That's about all I know.
BTW for NY Style pizza, they are not too bad. There's better here.

“Slice of Life” pizzaria. They told us today they have no idea when their store will be accessible. Have you heard of them? And if you have, any idea how bad they got nailed around their shop?

Thanks, Alan. We service the whole chain. They are actually franchising now and intend to grow quite a bit over the coming years. We supply all of their gluten free pizza crusts and I believe some gluten free deserts. They have a good business model and are a great business to work with as a whole. If you ever try the gluten free pizza I’d love to get your opinion. We have designed all our products to have the taste AND texture of gluten products. Which is unlike most other gluten free business product lines.
Thanks again for the info.
My mother-in-laws neighbor works for Army Corps of Engineers and they had a food/water/tarp/toiletries drive up in Castle Hayne, NC today.
He said it was a complete mess up there.
Thanks.
