I recall a poll here with the consensus being 7-8 wins. That's still very likely.

Patience. This staff is only responsible for two losses, not the prior six years. Take a breath and give them a fucking chance to get their feet under them.

Dallas is the better team now and it was going to be very very tough going in there to beat them anyway

Giants are in baby steps right now and have to wait a year or two to get back up to par

I have constantly been with the mindset 4 and 4 at the bye with 2 divisional wins and we are in a good spot.

Based on the jacksonville game I thought that might be possible, based on the cowboys game it seems impossible.

I am still hopeful we can adapt our schemes and blocking somehow and scrape some wins. and get to 4-4.

I am coming over for the Giants vs Skins game and I really want it to be meaningful

Applying immediate pressure to win and/or succumbing to the impulse to scrap it and start over is the MO of the worst franchises. Perpetual losing.

Right now, somebody stopped reading and is copying and pasting the last six years records and stats to reply with "we're already perpetual losers"....

We all know where the talent is and isn't. Everyone knew this team would only go as far as the line would allow. The head coach stated this.

Yet, today's NFL creates optimism for fans of teams that have weaknesses but can have success due to bounces of the ball or health. So a very vocal group of fans are crushed by this start. Then add in all the armchair GM's that state this is a win now team because of the draft strategy.

I'm glad they drafted Barkley. I'm glad the re-tool is underway. I'm glad they're giving Eli a punchers chance to finish his career a Giant while they do this. I'm glad they'll have top notch weapons and a rebuilt line for the next QB in 1-3 years.

Hopefully it comes together next year for Eli's last charge.

To all the "fans" and media with pitchfork in hand...fuck you.

The Giants offense, counting these two weeks, has been bottom 6 in the league 3 years in a row and 4 of the last 6.

This turning around this season looks more like a pipe dream.
