A bright spot: Eli Apple

It's only been two games, but he's been pretty solid. Whether it was off the field stuff or basic immaturity, he seems to have righted himself under this new regime. Here's to hoping he can play Sunday because Fuller & Hopkins can be a handful.

He is out 3-4 weeks.

I actually feel bad for him. He seems to have done everything right and he was playing well. Now he's probably out a few weeks and that injury will probably nag him all season.
Yeah

He has been one of the few bright spots. Hopefully he continues to play well because the Giants can't afford for another high 1st round pick to bust especially at such a thin position.

from the day we drafted him. I said he has no cover skills and the only thing he brought to the table was tackling.

He has definitely shown improvement this year.
The only pleasant surprise of the season.

Curious to see how he fares against teams with legit receiving threats though.

his biggest concerns were his effort and how he seems to get dinged up. He is always in pretty good coverage for the most part, he just doesn't have great ball skills. He actually jumped a route on Dak that got batted down by Barwin and if he caught it he would have hit his head on the goal post. But just his and our luck Barwin decided to actually make a play and it ended up hurting us
