NFT: Smart DNS and streaming games on NFL.com

Now Mike in MD : 9/19/2018 11:53 am
In googling this, it looks like if I get a smart DNS to trick my computer into thinking I'm in australia, I can live stream games from NFL.com

Anyone tried this? Any thoughts?
I have used Easy Hide IP in the past

to pay for NFL Game Pass, don't you?

I used the solution in the NFL Game pass thread, I downloaded a VPN app, changed my location to France, and signed up for NFL Game Pass, week 2 week (this week the Giants are on locally in MA and last week was Sunday night, so I only did it week 1 so far). It works great.

I chromecasted it to my TV and the picture was flawless.

How did you pay? With a CC of a US address?

Yes. But people travel, right? my billing address is still US even if I'm in France.

Cool. I have others that have asked about this. Thanks.
I have another question

I have both a VPN and NFL Game Pass. Would I be able to do that or is this something you have to do when initially signing up?

Not sure. I think once you connect to the VPN and change your location to Europe then you can go to game pass /en site and then click "watch live" when you connect to the Europe site that option shows up it's not there in the US.

That's what I'd try at least.

Only issue I ran into was draft kings locked my account because I opened the website to set my lineup and they saw my location changed and they validate what you're allowed to do on their site based on country and state. So I no longer log in to draft kings when my VPN is on and location is in europe.
