- Regardless of the outcome today, it was a fun game to watch. The Giants were right in it until the end and at this point in my NFL football-watching life, that's important. Wins would be great though.
- Will Hernandez has acquitted himself really well so far as a rookie. The left side of the line - C included - created some holes for Barkley and made just enough of a mixer for him to use his athleticism. At first glance, the line is trending upwards, imo. It's really fuckin hard to block in this league. Especially with a non-running, concrete-shoed, over-the-hill, done, cooked, big-part-of-the-problem, old, inaccurate, lousy, bad-body-languaged QB who has a noodle arm and should have been jettisoned by a rookie this year.
- Jerome Boger looks like he should be working at the DMV cleaning toilets, picking the wedgie out of his dockers and sniffing waiting area seats like a sexually depraved mental defective.
- What a weird sports weekend: Giants got beat again in the last second, Syracuse lost in OT, Rangers are winless and lost again tonight 8-5 (what the fuck kind of score is that? The backup goaltender is amazing apparently), and the Yankees should be up 2-0 but I guess we'll take the push going into the Bronx with Sevy on the mound. At least Philly lost today, Dallas has a good chance of losing tonight on the road and the Skins are terrible too. (I'm sure the Hackensack Crew is drunk driving down the Turnpike to the game in their Sweet Pickles bus right now, not realizing the game is in New Orleans tomorrow night) NY Giants - 2018 NFC East Champs. Wait for it.

- Pam Oliver looked like she drank an entire handle of Haxton's vodka in her hotel room last night. She couldn't put three words together today. Pam is paid $1 Million a season, folks.
- Graham Gano would have been a great pick-up by the Giants a few years ago. Dude is a machine. I would have loved to call him "Gary Gnu". Remember that mutherfucker? Great Space Coaster in yer fuckin melon!
- When someone says "Riverboat Ron" I immediately want to stab someone in the eye socket with a rusty screwdriver.
- You can't hit a QB in the chest when he's outside the pocket as a runner, grounding the ball with no receiver in the area or the ball getting back to the LOS. Congrats NFL.
- Cam Newton is one of the biggest clowns to ever grace an NFL crowd. Watching him pose and flop like a bitch and push and shove after plays and politic the refs is so fucking under-the-table-paid-by-Auburn-I-hate-my-Dad Newton-esque. Yet the troglodytes running the sound at Fuckwad Stadium in Charlotte continue to play the Superman hook when he gets a first down. Fuck. You. According to a poster of our collective pasts, he's doing things never been done in the NFL. Yup.

- According to a recent detainee at his local mental institution, the Giants won't get to the Super Bowl because they drafted Saquon Barkley.
- Not one mention of the Evan Engram absence from the Fox crew today. Not one. The team misses him.
- I like Jackrabbit's colorful hair braid things. But only when he makes a good play. When he fucks up, I hate them.
- Seemed like there was a shitload of Giants fans at Whateverthefuckitscalled Stadium today.
- In "It Could Be Worse" news - The Falcons with Matty Slice are 1-4. Didn't they go to the Super Bowl two years ago? Weird.
- The Giants drafted the best athlete on the team this year. Barkley is absolutely amazing and a joy to watch on the field. If the OL can continue to improve this year and next, this offense will round into very impressive form.
- Chad Wheeler was pretty good against Peppers today. JP made one play of note today on a facemask against Barkley that wasn't called.
