So why am I so pissed? Because the 1 "L". Just needed one touchdown from either Kamara or Thomas. Just one. If you had said before the game New Orleans would put up 43 points and none of those points would come from Kamara or Michael Thomas I would've put up my money.
WTF. My season low in points, I got zero TD's from Ridley, Julio Jones, nothing from Jared Cook, and nothing from the aforementioned Saints at home.
I blame Alex Smith for sucking ass. I'm 2-3 in that league playing a team that's tied for first this week at 4-1 with Kamara and Thomas on bye. Not good.
So, with that, do I dare play Corey Davis at home vs Baltimore or stick with James Conner in the flex on the road against Cincinatti?
Should I risk playing O.J. Howard in Atlanta over Jared Cook home vs Seattle?
If thats how they are going to use Ingram, then Kamara is now a RB/Flex guy. Maybe its just how Ingram coming back and getting him reps. But shit, Kamara was barely used at all.
to effectively give Kamara 2 weeks off. That said I still think it’s going to be a 60/40 snap share. Ingram is too good to sit and having both fresh for a SB run only makes sense.

Kamara owners should be 3-2/4-1, hard to feel too bad.
somewhat about game flow. With about 4 minutes to go in the third, Alex Smith has the ball, 4th and 2, score is 33-13, if he gets his team down for a TD there then it's 33-20 with a lot of time left and Brees and the offense is still pushing it. Instead, he nearly throws a pick-six, ran back to the 4, they score on the next play, and now it's 40-13 and Smith fumbles again on the next possession turning it over, so at that point there is no need to try and score more points or risk any of your stars.

Last night looked great for us Ingram owners.
I'm 2-3. I had Jimmy G, traded for Carson Wentz. I'm in 6th place, but my team has scored the 3rd highest point total in the league, even after an 82 point stinker this week. This week's matchup looks terrible. So I'm very likely staring 2-4 in the face and facing a must-win week 7 and 8 for that matter.
Ingram coming out guns blazing and looking great. He dominated the touches in the first half when it was still a game. I really think it was in part due to Ingram not missing a beat and then just allowing Kamara to rest up through the BYE.
My only TE is Njoku and I'd like to add either Doyle or Olsen... Â
Both are available but for a limited time only now that they are ready to return from injury. Problem is, I need to drop a WR and they are all roster-worthy.
Would you drop Watkins, Golladay, or Ridley for Doyle or Olsen?Olsen is home against New Orleans and Atlanta in weeks 15 and 16 (the playoff weeks) and my team is 5-0 so I'm already looking ahead.
Lockett has added value because the league gives a point for every 10 return yards on punt and kick returns (and because of that, Lockett is currently the sixth ranked WR in points scored this year and finished 10th in points last year). Also, at QB the league gives a point for every 10 yards throwing (not 25 yards standard in most leagues), a point for every completion, minus half a point for every incompletion, and 6 points per TD toss (so it's a QB-driven league). Brees, Roethlisberger, and Rivers are currently ranked 1st, 6th, and 7th respectively in points scored.
he’s basically the 4th option in KC. He’d be the guy of those I drop for Olsen but why don’t you just drop Njoku for Olsen?
I'm not crazy about Watkins either, but I want to be patient with him because there's a lot of upside. Reid didn't give him $16M/year to serve as a decoy.

You really need to trade a QB and one of your DET WRs (or Watkins) for a better WR.
Either packaging a QB and WR for a WR or two WRs for one WR, but it's one of those leagues where not a lot of trades happen. Last year was my first year in the league and the only trades that happened were ones that I initiated. There were times I'd offer a trade and get no response at all, not even a rejection, it would just hang there until the time limit elapsed. That's already happened once this year.

QBs are often the highest scorers, even in standard leagues. But the difference between the 6th ranked QB and the 15th ranked is typically less than for other positions, hence the decreased value relative to the other positions (RB, WR). For instance, in one of my leagues (std QB scoring with 6 pt TDs), Rivers is 6th with 27.6 pts/game. CJ Beathard is 15th with 23.4 pts/game (15% less).
On the other hand, Conner is the #6 RB (0.5 ppr) at 20.2 pts/game while AP is 15th at 14.3 pts/game (29% less!).
You're wasting a roster spot on a 3rd QB, though based on your roster (assuming its not a keeper league) you're playing with idiots so it doesn't matter.
RE: RE: I like Njoku too now that Mayfield is at QB Â

It's an auction league if you're wondering how I would up with Gurley, DJ, and OBJ on the same roster, but it's also true that they aren't the sharpest bunch I'm up against. Point being they aren't all idiots and there are some other strong lineups that could use an improvement at QB (one guy has Hopkins, Tyreek Hill, and Keenan Allen at WR but his QBs are Dalton and Smith) and I'd rather not hand them Rivers on a silver platter (Rivers is at KC week 15, if I drop him, he could be the QB I face in the playoffs that week).
I left out the fact that it's an IDP league that starts seven defensive players. It wasn't really relevant because I never keep more than seven on my roster. It's also another reason I landed such strong players on offense. While others were spending on defensive players like Kuechley, Watt, Mack, Wagner, and Mosley, I spent just $1 for each of my seven and came away with one of the strongest defenses in the league (DL: Danielle Hunter; LB: Leonard, Hicks, Hitchens, Littleton; DB: Harrison Smith, Kazee).
Winston @ Atlanta
Keenum vs. Rams
Beathard @ Green Bay
Trubisky @ Miami
Bortles @ Dallas

Tannehill vs. Chicago...yeah nope
Rosen @ Minny
Considering trading a 4th or 5th round 2019 pick to acquire him from the last place team in my keeper league (.5pt PPR). My team is cruising outside of the RB position, where I just took another hit with the loss of Ajayi. Here's my roster:
QB (1): Pat Mahomes
RB (2): Devonta Freeman, Corey Clement / Dion Lewis, Tevin Coleman, Alfred Morris
WR (2): Odell Beckham, Robert Woods / Sterling Shepard, Mohamed Sanu, Jamison Crowder
TE (1): Jared Cook / Jack Doyle
W/R/T (1): (see above)
DEF (1): Chicago / Houston
I would aim higher than Carson, but no other team in the league is conceding at this point. I'm probably just going to sit tight, but would like BBI's opinion on Carson.
WR Julian Edelman or RB Chris Carson in the flex? Standard scoring.
I'm leaning Edelman because I think he has a higher floor and I'm favored to win, but a lot of "experts" are saying Carson.
I also have the option of starting Carson over White and then deciding between White and Edelman in the flex, but I'm pretty sure I want White in no matter what. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
McVey said he’s confident he will clear it. Problem is Jeffrey plus Thursday and I have to make a decision on him.

We'll see... either way, I believe it's a Cooper week as Seattle is a zone team

Reid gave him market value because he has a QB on a rookie deal and wanted to make his transition as easy as possible (i.e. load up on weapons).

Rosen
That's the order my Yahoo league has them projected. Yahoo has Winston projected about 6 points higher than Bortles.
But Bortles has been beating out their projections by a good amount so far and is the 11th QB in my league's scoring through the first 5 weeks.

Those were the two I was thinking. Trubisky lit it up the last time we saw them, hoping the idea of feeding Tarik Cohen more has clicked for them.

That's a tough call. Thursday night games are so weird, but that could easily be good weird (fantasy-wise)
I think Eli is more boom or bust and Mayfield is the more conservative play.
WR Landry v. LAC
WR Sanders v. LAR
WR Baldwin @ OAK
RB Hyde v. LAC
I'm leaning toward Landry and Hyde. Only other possibility I'm considering is Sanders over Hyde.
