Game plan to beat the Eagles .

Out of retirement. The only time the Giants consistently beat the Eagles was when Plax was on the team.

I think the offense is going to score points again. No facts or evidence, just a gut feeling. 3rd downs, no penalties on 3rd down to extend drives please. We cannot give that team extra possessions and expect to win.

Wentz loves him and he's had 10 catches each of the last 2 games.

And don't let them convert 3rd downs.

Last year, they were converting 3rds at an obscene rate.

That stat has come back down to earth and evened out....but can the Giants get off the field?

Ertz is absolutely the key to their offense. I'd expect to see a heavy dose of Ertz. We have to double and blanket him if we want to win this game. We have not be capable of dealing with TEs and so he will kill us if we don't pay special attention to him.

slow down their pass rush by running the ball. Two TE's a full back what ever it takes run it!

Cox is dominant and Omameh is not. He'll have to stone him to some degree, Eli cannot step up with Cox crashing down.

Apparently the left guard is the believed week spot on the team. The interesting thing on this is they benched their original left guard. There is a debate if this is coming from the front office. They talk about Lane Johnson sucking this year too.

I would look at the two games from last year. The Eagles secondary was atrocious in both games. That would be a good starting point.

On defense, bring pressure. They haven't been able to protect Wentz.

Shadow Ertz all day and erase him as an option. Take away Ertz and they will struggle to move the ball.

Offense needs to run the ball, control the clock, and score TD's.

If we do these things I am optimistic of our chances.

Omameh is to RGs whatever the turnstile’s name was that played RT for the Giants last year is to RTs. Damn. I just remembered his name. Bobby Hart. I was hoping he was erased from my memory.

hold his own against Cox we're in a lot of trouble.

Moving the ball has really not been an issue - the usual suspects of way too many FG's, leaving way too much on the field and the defense unable to stop the Eagles from scoring TD's

What does it all mean, probably nothing - they seem do enough to lose

how we scored 24 and 29 points against them.
