Makes a lot of sense on both sides. He will only count like 4-5m against the cap and won�t cost a lot. He�s still valuable, just stuck on a bad team.

He�s a FA after 2019 so they would be paying under $12 million between now and then and would probably only need to part with a mid round pick. It would be a good move IMO and exactly what you�d want with Wentz.
