Love that lineup tonight considering the circumstances. Andujar has been brutal and call me crazy but in a do or die game i'm rolling with Gardner over McCutchen every single time.

Approach is definitely going to be big tonight. We have to get into their bullpen early. We can't let Porcello toss 12-pitch innings all night and give away outs.

Work good AB's. Get runners home when they're in 1 or less out situations on 3rd.

An early run or two would go a long way. Don't let Porcello gain confidence early by hacking at stuff out of the zone.

Playing from ahead is big. The team that has scored first has won each game so far and I believe that's basically how it has gone in most postseason games across the league so far.

But Walker is like Holt, he's the type of scrubs to come through in a big spot in the playoffs....

Collectively we hit .218 against Porcello. Too bad we can't active Ellsbury for tonight's game.

Hopefully Walker does bring a veteran approach to the plate but he's got shitty numbers against Porcello. Fingers crossed that changes tonight.

I just don't get it. For the good of the game he needs to be left at the hotel or better yet sent home. Does anyone think a player who made three errors last night would be playing today? Why does an ump get to be on the field again?

I know all about his suit against MLB but they need to show some balls and do the right thing for the better of the game. The game should be their #1 priority and let the chips fall where they may in regards to the suit.

Personally I never thought he stood a chance of winning his suit, and after last night I can't imagine and judge or jury siding with him. He basically proved MLB's case for them last night.

Same token - Porcello terrifies me. He’s a thoroughly mediocre pitcher, but he’s given the Yankees some fits and he’s a local kid who I’m guessing will be really locked in.
