Barkley and the gameplane

Watching the game yesterday I am screaming early on give the damn ball to Barkley. How the hell does he only have 50 yards on 3 carries? Is it me or is Barkley not getting a enough running plays? I look at it and think the Giants need to stay out of the 2nd and 15 plays and more of the 2nd and 6 yard plays. Also the score was 7-3 and far from over.

Seems to be the primary read on 75 percent of our pass plays. It's hard to use an rb more than we're using him without killing him. If anything we should use him less to preserve him for when we're competitive in 4 or 5 years (hopefully)

He got 22 touches last night plus all the other hits ...

but this was a big game and if it gets out of hand sure take the gas off the pedal. That said it was the 1st and 2nd quarter and to only have 3 carries is crazy esp seeing it was raining. Hell we didn't run the ball with anyone else either.

even on the field goal we where at the 2 yard line and we throw the damn ball when our best player that we drafted with the second pick should get the damn ball.

3 YD Line, then 2 straight incompletions that were not even close. I would have run him 3 times in a row, no way were they going to stop him.

I was telling my son, just run Barkley 4 straight times. You think they can stop him 4 plays in a row?

outside of two big plays by Barkley, the Giants rushed 13 times for -2 yards. Any team could stop Barkley 4 plays in a row, especially near the end zone where defenses are playing closer to the LOS.

The OL needs to sustain their blocking assignments at LOC

for Barkley to get more consistent running lanes. How many times does Barkley take the ball and get hit behind the LOS? I saw Barkley getting dragged down by lineman all game that simply shed their blocker right after the snap.
