Eman I get your point, but Romo attempting to educate fans isn't a bad thing. For New fans that might be new information. The sad thing is there are a lot of fans in this forum who have decided they know enough about the game and therefore close their minds.

Romo is good. He keeps it simple for the average fan.

I hear ya crick but really how many fans are tuning in who aren't football fans and don't at least know those obvious things? Even if he is educating some it's a far minority IMO. Let those people learn from the people they're watching with. No need to dumb down a broadcast.
It's like John Sterling on Yankee games telling us 100 times a year how the Yanks can score a run without a hit because they have a runner on 2nd and no one out. I can't help but wonder who John thinks is actually listening to the game on the radio? Someone just scrolling through the dial looking for something to listen to or actual baseball fans with a clue?
Dallas is getting away with holding on every play.
We could have beaten them in the game we played, they didn't exactly stomp us. And they're about to drop to .500 after losing to the Titans and Cowboys.
It's possible all those 'Super Bowl bound' posts were just a *tad* premature.
Dallas is not a good team. They have one offensive weapon. But they run a simple game plan on offense and execute it very well. That combined with their solid opportunistic defense is more than enough to challenge for the division.

And this gem....QB's hate getting a rush right up the middle in their face.

That's cool Crick, it's not really a big deal. I don't think he's horrible, but don't think he's great either.
I just get a kick out of some of the really obvious observations he makes and would feel the same about any analyst saying those same things.
Which teams are good? Which teams suck? Who are the great coaches?
Nobody knows, because it changes week to week. So dull.
You have to be able to throw the ball. Dominant defenses that remain good for 5-10 years (like Giants in the 1980s) are a thing of the past.
Getting rid of Coughlin is the one thing Mara did right. Unfortunately, the guys he replaced him with were even worse.
Right guys. It's Flowers fault. You guys are awesome.

That's opposite of dull
I can't stop looking at it when she's doing a sideline report

Yeah, except based on your posts you were completely serious. Don't pretend you were making a joke now that you got called out again.

As I said, you need to cultivate a sense of humor.

I want the Giants to get better. But I'm not sure how much I truly care whether they do or not.

No, it's dull. If there are no consistent, great teams (other than the Patriots), it's exactly that. Dull.

My sense of humor is great.
My sensing of Bullshit is even greater.
Maybe best O-line in football.
Sure looks like he holds a heck of a lot to me.

Of course right after I type that Goff gets sacked, Lol
Yeah, he's a stud. And I believe he is a free agent, though could be tagged.
