Know what I notice this game?

Both quarterbacks have time to throw, and both schemes have guys wide fricking open.
Well the agenda of this thread
santacruzom : 10/14/2018 11:02 pm : link
Sure isn't being backed up by the actual game any longer.
Both of these staffs
WillVAB : 10/14/2018 11:02 pm : link
Get creative in the RZ. Wish the Giants would take notes.

I don't think the David Carr Syndrome is a permanent affliction. If we could make Eli trust his line again, his arm is still there. However, by the time we fix the line, Eli's best sport will be golf.
That play...
jnoble : 10/14/2018 11:05 pm : link
..was shades of the Kiwinuka non-tackle of the QB in the 2006 Titans game
If both QBs are getting good protection
BBelle21 : 10/14/2018 11:05 pm : link
Why would either QB have David Carr syndrome???
..
Dave in Hoboken : 10/14/2018 11:06 pm : link

Ask Eli that since he still misses passes and seems skittish even when he does have time..

Then he doesn't have DCS, because the disease's namesake certainly never stopped hearing footsteps.

You sure it's not permanent? Carr still had it even when he came here and was behind a much better OLine here than he had in Houston.

I don't think either of the Carrs are all that great at the position, to be honest.

jhibb : 10/14/2018 11:10 pm : link
If you're not sure if the QB still has the ball or not, do you risk following through on the tackle? So the offense benefits either way and Brady gets the touchdown.

I thought mobile QBs could avoid rushers, spin around, roll out and make the first? Blocking, who needs that?
I see the Chiefs

Lets be honest. If it was a different QB playing tonight for KC, this wouldn't even be a game.

Sure, they would.
You must have not watched the

First half. Blowing wide open TDs throws. INT that leads to 7 for NE. INT at the end of half that took points off the board.

If our offense were playing in this game it's possible we'd
jcn56 : 10/14/2018 11:17 pm : link
be the first NFL team to have negative points.
Forget 17.
Dave in Hoboken : 10/14/2018 11:17 pm : link
They'd be up 24.

This is what it's come down to for some on here. Shitting on a QB starting his first season ever that has his team at 5-0.

Granted, the kid is a promising player. Young, hell of an arm, seems to have the good intangibles. But, the other 10 guys matter.

Look at that clean pocket to step up into. Tyreek Hill is remarkably fast, catches a ball that was a little behind him, and accelerates into the end zone.
Another great call
WillVAB : 10/14/2018 11:18 pm : link
Beckham should be put in a position like that.

We aren’t shitting him. He was awful in the first half. Made some big throws in the 2nd half.
Wow! Mahomes is something.......

Yep, not shitting on him. Just saying the other 10 guys matter. Both of these offensive systems are tremendous, which is obvious.
Mahomes has single handily brought them back.

Come on, man. Look at your OP. Your OP was so gotten to nevermind anyother post you made in here.
Chiefs have had the ball less than 24 minutes
BigBlueinChicago : 10/14/2018 11:22 pm : link
have scored 40 points, and the game is only tied.
I remember seeing something crazy about the Chiefs OL
jcn56 : 10/14/2018 11:23 pm : link
but didn't check it. 3/5 of the line was originally drafted by the Browns?

Must be a hoot to be a Browns fan.
Single handedly?
BBelle21 : 10/14/2018 11:23 pm : link
So Mahomes didn’t benefit from Brady’s sack fumble and the great return?
I mean if Eli missed 3 guys
dep026 : 10/14/2018 11:23 pm : link
In the first half for TDs. Threw 2 INTs that cost his team at least 11 points. And had to settle for 2 FGs.... I am sure you all would have been singing his praises, right?

He bounces back. He’s having a helluva 2nd half. Took advantages of some blown coverages.
Are there actually
joeinpa : 10/14/2018 11:24 pm : link
People on this game thread implying that Mahomes hasn't lived up to the hype.

Kid is dynamic.
